Set up SpeakFill.com
Five steps. About two minutes. No technical knowledge needed.

Install SpeakFill.com from the Chrome Web Store
Open the SpeakFill.com page in the Chrome Web Store.
Press the blue Add to Chrome button.
Chrome asks for confirmation. Press Add extension.
An extension is a small add-on for Chrome. It takes a few seconds to install.

Pin it to the toolbar
Look at the top right of Chrome. Press the puzzle-piece icon.
Find SpeakFill.com in the list. Press the pin next to it.
The blue SpeakFill.com icon now stays visible at the top right.

Allow the microphone once
Press the SpeakFill.com icon for the first time.
Chrome asks whether SpeakFill.com may use your microphone. Press Allow.
You only do this once.

Open any patient form, press the microphone, speak
Open a patient form in your medical system, as you normally do.
Press the SpeakFill.com microphone and speak the note in your own words.
Press it again when you finish. The form fills itself. Check the text before you save.

Only if needed: paste your licence key into Settings
Your licence key is the code that unlocks your paid plan. You find it on the page after payment and in your email.
You only need this step if you paid in a different browser or on a different computer.
Press the SpeakFill.com icon, then Settings.
Paste the licence key into the Licence key box and press Save.
